Design and build a new tool for parents to sort and curate media for their family across TV, Movies, Books & Apps. Built a 50K title indexed database with editorial, age recommendations, and personalized playlists. The business requires alignment of large media partnerships, raising VC (Matter.com) financing, and agreements across a highly fragmented distribution business. Resources from India, Russia, and the US were deployed to integrate the UI, the customer experience, API integrations, database, and marketing tools. The company’s website was launched in 2015 and the IOs App in 2017. The Go to Market strategy marshalled small bloggers, named reviews and client referrals to drive a low cost of acquisition, 10k active subscribers, and 15% MoM growth. The company is currently raising series A financing.
